#030 COMMUNIQUE
TITLE : 18 months in 90 seconds (R&D pt.1)
We are happy to have made it through this extended Research & Development phase.
Our goal during this period was to :
- Expand our list of active scenarios from 3 to 24.
- Rebrand the THE ADV_™
- Update the experience from analogue to digitally interactive
- Develop a board to accelerate our growth within entertainment, education and consultation.
- Minimise dependancy on facilitation
Needless to say, some tasks took longer than expected and we made developments in areas we did not expect — which have been major contributions to the experience. These include our Manoeuvres Talk Series, Individual Intelligence Report (IIR), Collective Intelligence Report (CIR) and the Tactics Index.
