TITLE : GROUP Performance Indicator

So, how did we do?
— Participant(s) | online & on-site

+ WHY WE MADE IT (Public)

Since 2015, participants have been asking us, how well they did.
We underestimated the value of that question, what was really being asked was and continues to be, what is the most advanced way to; world-build, make a change and bring visions into reality. Our response was to provide a way for individuals to assess their performance and growth, that’s how we came up with our Individual Intelligence Report (I.I.R)but many wanted an immediate mark. We’ve listened!!

Today, we published our group performance indicator based on the collective intelligence of each group available in 5mins of completing the experience, from The Operator (online / onsite)

+ How does it work?

With over 300+ participants and extensive research into assessments, we’ve narrowed down and developed a criterion for change-making based on four themes :

  • A demonstration of; a discussion, planning, and notations of a diverse range of intentions, showcasing criticality, clarity and depth appropriate to the task.

  • The application of; a range of practical, cultural and personal knowledge intertwined with historical insights as a premise for speculation.

  • A selection of identity reflects; an awareness of distinct attributes, motives and status as an individual or collective entity.

  • The judgement to create, deploy and adapt methodology with consideration to timing, and climate with varying levels of discretion and intensity.

+ LEVELS

There are specific roles (click for full explanation) needed for a successful group performance, regardless of the approach; Adversary or Advocate. We understand that successful progress, change & impact is built on empathy and then intelligence in the form of experience with objective understanding from as many people as possible.

With that in mind, we have developed a rank of mindsets, that have informed the most effective strategies based on results out of 20.

  • [ Level 1 ] …a person who urges others to protest or rebel.

  • [ Level 2 ] …a person sent as a diplomatic representative on a special mission.

  • [ Level 3 ] …plan or coordinate the elements of (a situation) to produce a desired effect, secretly.

  • [ Level 4 ] … a person skilled in planning action or policy, especially in war or politics.

  • [ Level 5 ] … a person having or showing very great skill or proficiency.

...definitely go and share your ideas!
